Preparation
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Arrange on Rack
Place the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Make sure they are not touching for even cooking.
Cooking
Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Toss in Sauce
Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
Serving
Serve
Serve the wings hot with your favorite dipping sauce and celery sticks on the side.
