Chicken Wings

Method

Preparation

1

Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.

2

Prepare the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.

3

Arrange on Rack

Place the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Make sure they are not touching for even cooking.

Cooking

4

Bake the Wings

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

5

Prepare Sauce

While the wings are baking, melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in the buffalo sauce until well combined.

6

Toss in Sauce

Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

Serving

7

Serve

Serve the wings hot with your favorite dipping sauce and celery sticks on the side.
