Method

Wine Making Process

  1. 1

    Harvesting and Preparing Grapes

Harvest the Malbec grapes from the vineyard. Remove any stems and leaves and crush the grapes to release their juice.

  2. 2

    Fermentation

Transfer the crushed grapes into a fermentation vessel. Add the yeast and sugar to the grape juice. Stir gently to combine and cover the vessel with a cloth.

  3. 3

    Secondary Fermentation

Allow the mixture to ferment at room temperature for about 7-10 days, stirring occasionally. Once fermentation slows down, transfer the wine to another vessel, leaving sediment behind.

  4. 4

    Aging

Add tannin to the wine and let it age in a cool, dark place for at least 6 months. This will enhance the flavor and aroma.

  5. 5

    Bottling

Once the wine has aged, carefully siphon it into clean bottles, avoiding sediment. Seal the bottles and label them.

  6. 6

    Serving

Allow the wine to breathe for a few minutes before serving. Pair it with a juicy steak for the best experience.
