Wine Ingredients

Method

Wine Preparation

  1. 1

    Harvesting Grapes

Select ripe Malvasia Bianca grapes from the vineyard, ensuring they are free from defects and have a sweet aroma.

  2. 2

    Crushing and Pressing

Crush the grapes gently to extract the juice and separate it from the skins. Use a wine press if available.

  3. 3

    Mixing Ingredients

In a fermentation vessel, combine the grape juice, sugar, and water. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

  4. 4

    Adding Yeast

Sprinkle the wine yeast over the mixture and stir gently. Cover the vessel with a clean cloth to allow air circulation while preventing contaminants.

  5. 5

    Fermentation

Let the mixture ferment at room temperature for about 2-3 weeks, stirring occasionally, until fermentation slows down.

  6. 6

    Adding Lemon Juice

Once fermentation is complete, add the lemon juice to the wine for a refreshing acidity. Stir gently.

  7. 7

    Racking and Bottling

Transfer the wine to clean bottles, leaving sediment behind. Seal the bottles and store them in a cool, dark place for at least a month to allow flavors to develop.

  8. 8

    Chilling and Serving

Chill the wine in the refrigerator before serving. Pair it with light appetizers to enhance the experience.
