Method

Wine Production

  1. 1

    Harvesting

Harvest the Arneis grapes at their peak ripeness, ensuring they are free from rot and disease.

  2. 2

    Crushing and Pressing

Crush the grapes and press them to extract the juice. Collect the juice in a fermentation vessel.

  3. 3

    Fermentation

Add wine yeast to the juice and allow it to ferment at controlled temperatures for 2-3 weeks.

  4. 4

    Racking

After fermentation, siphon the wine off the sediment into a clean vessel, leaving the sediment behind.

  5. 5

    Aging

Age the wine in stainless steel tanks or neutral oak barrels for 4-6 months to develop flavors.

  6. 6

    Fining and Filtration

Clarify the wine using fining agents and filter it to remove any remaining particles.

  7. 7

    Bottling

Add sulfur dioxide for preservation, then bottle the wine in clean, sterilized bottles.

  8. 8

    Chilling

Chill the bottled wine in the refrigerator before serving for best flavor.
