Bourbon, bitters, sugar, and orange twist.

In an Old Fashioned glass, place the sugar cube and add 1 tsp of water. Muddle until the sugar is dissolved.

Muddle the Sugar

Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters to the muddled sugar.

Add Bitters

Pour 2 oz of bourbon into the glass and stir gently.

Add 3 ice cubes to the glass and stir again to chill the drink.

Twist the orange peel over the drink to release its oils and then drop it into the glass as a garnish.
