Wahoo Fish Tacos Ingredients

Method

Wahoo Fish Tacos Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fish

In a bowl, coat the wahoo fish fillets with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Fish

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated wahoo for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from heat and flake the fish into bite-sized pieces.

  3. 3

    Make the Guacamole

In a bowl, combine the mashed avocado, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Slaw

In a separate bowl, mix the shredded cabbage and chopped cilantro. You can add some lime juice for extra flavor.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Tacos

Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet. On each tortilla, layer the fish, slaw, guacamole, and top with shredded Chihuahua cheese.

  6. 6

    Serve

Drizzle with cilantro dill dressing if desired and serve immediately.
