Prepare the Cake
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

Beat Eggs and Sugar
In a separate large bowl, beat the eggs and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Bake the Cake
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool.

Prepare the Tres Leches Mixture
In a bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, fresh lemon juice, and lemon zest.

Soak the Cake
Once the cake is cool, poke holes all over the surface with a fork and pour the tres leches mixture evenly over the cake. Let it soak for at least 1 hour.

Make the Lemon Mousse
In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then gently fold in lemon juice and zest.

Layer the Dessert
Spread a layer of lemon mousse over the soaked cake. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
