Cook the Steak
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the ribeye and strip steaks with salt and black pepper. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.

Prepare Toppings
While the steak is resting, chop the lettuce, dice the tomato, and prepare the diced jalapenos. Set aside.

Warm the Tortillas
In a separate pan, warm the corn tortillas over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until they are pliable.

Assemble the Tacos
Place a few slices of steak on each tortilla. Top with Chihuahua cheese, lettuce, diced tomato, and jalapenos.

Serve
Serve the tacos warm with your choice of salsa or hot sauce on the side.
