Method
Preparation
- 1
Preheat and Season
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- 2
Bake Wings
Spread the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- 3
Fry Wings
In a deep fryer or large pot, heat oil to 375°F (190°C). Once the wings are baked, fry them in batches for about 3-5 minutes until they are golden brown.
- 4
Toss in Sauce
Remove the wings from the fryer and let them drain on paper towels. Toss them in either Buffalo sauce or BBQ sauce until well coated.
- 5
Serve
Serve the wings hot with a side of Ranch or Blue cheese dressing for dipping.
