Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ice Cream Balls

Scoop the vanilla ice cream into balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Coating

In a bowl, crush the cornflakes until they are fine crumbs. In another bowl, mix the flour, eggs, milk, cinnamon, and sugar to create a batter.

  3. 3

    Coat the Ice Cream Balls

Take the frozen ice cream balls and dip them into the batter, then roll them in the crushed cornflakes until fully coated. Repeat this step for each ball.

  4. 4

    Fry the Ice Cream

In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the coated ice cream balls, a few at a time, and fry for about 10-15 seconds until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the fried ice cream from the oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve immediately with chocolate syrup and whipped cream on top.
