Preparation Steps
1. Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and radishes into bite-sized pieces. Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp, then transfer to ice water to stop the cooking process.
2. Prepare the Eggs
Hard boil the eggs by placing them in boiling water for 9-12 minutes. Once done, cool them in cold water, peel, and cut into quarters.
3. Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
4. Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, and green beans. Gently flake the tuna and add it to the salad along with Kalamata olives and hard-boiled eggs.
5. Serve
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
