Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, sweet harissa paste, salt, and black pepper. This will be used to marinate the beef.

Marinate the Beef
Rub the marinade all over the beef tenderloin, ensuring it is evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to high heat, around 230°C (450°F).

Grill the Beef
Place the marinated beef tenderloin on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium rare, or adjust according to your desired doneness.

Once cooked, remove the beef from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Slice the beef tenderloin and serve with chimichurri sauce on the side.
