1. Prepare the Ingredients

Rinse the cherry tomatoes under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Tear the basil leaves into smaller pieces.

2. Assemble the Dish

On a serving platter, place the burrata cheese in the center. Surround it with the cherry tomatoes and sprinkle the torn basil leaves on top.
