Cooking the Pasta

Boil the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add the bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, carrot, and broccoli. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Combining Ingredients

Mix Everything Together
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together to combine. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil, mixing until the cheese is melted and everything is well coated.

Serve the Dish
Divide the Pasta Primavera into bowls and serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired.
