Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patty

In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form it into two equally sized patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip them over.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese and Honey

After flipping, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and drizzle the smoked honey over the cheese. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked to your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are finishing cooking, cut the brioche buns in half and toast them on the grill or in a pan until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Place the cooked patties with melted cheese on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun. Top with the other half of the bun.

Cajun Fries Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat the oven according to the package instructions for the frozen French fries.

  2. 7

    Season the Fries

In a large bowl, toss the frozen fries with olive oil and Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.

  3. 8

    Bake the Fries

Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake according to the package instructions until golden and crispy, usually about 20-25 minutes.
