Burger Preparation

Prepare the Burger Patty
In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form it into two equally sized patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty.

Add Cheese and Honey
After flipping, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and drizzle the smoked honey over the cheese. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked to your desired doneness.

Assemble the Burger
Place the cooked patties with melted cheese on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun. Top with the other half of the bun.

Prepare the Fries
Preheat the oven according to the package instructions for the frozen French fries.

Season the Fries
In a large bowl, toss the frozen fries with olive oil and Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.

Bake the Fries
Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake according to the package instructions until golden and crispy, usually about 20-25 minutes.
