Chicken Marinade Preparation

Prepare the Marinade
In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Marinate the Chicken
Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Grilling the Chicken

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C).

Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Rest the Chicken
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Vegetables
While the chicken is resting, wash the lettuce leaves and slice the tomato into thick slices.

Spread 2 tablespoons of aioli on the bottom half of each brioche bun. Layer with lettuce, grilled chicken, tomato slices, and then the top half of the bun.
