Prepare the Iceberg Lettuce
Remove the outer leaves of the iceberg lettuce. Rinse the head under cold water to clean it thoroughly. Shake off excess water and place it on a cutting board.

Cut the Lettuce Wedge
Using a sharp knife, cut the iceberg lettuce head into quarters, creating four wedges. Place them on a serving plate.

Prepare the Roma Tomatoes
Wash the Roma tomatoes under cold water. Cut them into wedges or small slices, depending on your preference. Set aside.

Slice the Red Onions
Peel the red onion and slice it thinly into rings or half moons. Set aside.

Prepare the Bleu Cheese Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine the cup of bleu cheese with a small amount of water, whisking until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency with more water if necessary, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
