Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, add the chicken wings and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat the wings evenly.

Sprinkle salt and Dan O's Cajun Chipotle Dry Rub over the wings. Mix thoroughly to ensure all wings are well coated.

Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.

Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking, until they are crispy and golden brown.

Make the Bleu Cheese or Ranch Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

If desired, stir in fresh chives for added flavor.
