Prepare the Croutons

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Bread
Cut the bread into bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch in size.

Season the Bread
In a large bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil and Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.

Bake the Croutons
Spread the seasoned bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Stir halfway through for even browning.
Prepare the Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.

Mix the Dressing
Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Assemble the Salad

Prepare the Lettuce
Wash the Romaine lettuce thoroughly and dry it using a salad spinner or paper towels. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

In a large salad bowl, add the torn Romaine lettuce, croutons, and the Caesar dressing. Toss gently to combine.

Top the salad with shaved Parmesan cheese before serving.
