Cooking the Prawns

Cook the Prawns
Once the water is boiling, add the peeled and deveined prawns. Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the prawns turn pink and opaque.

Drain and Cool
Remove the prawns from the pot using a slotted spoon and transfer them to an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Let them cool for a few minutes.
Making the Cocktail Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of ketchup, 2 tbs of horseradish sauce, 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce, and 2 tbs of lemon juice.

Season the Sauce
Add Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Plating the Dish

Prepare the Serving Plate
On a serving plate, place the lettuce leaves to form a bed for the prawns.

Add Prawns and Sauce
Arrange the cooled prawns on top of the lettuce leaves and drizzle with the cocktail sauce.

Garnish
Add lemon wedges around the plate for garnish and serve immediately.
