Pasta Preparation

1

Cook Linguine

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add linguine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Crawfish and Sauce Preparation

2

Sauté Tasso Ham and Garlic

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the diced Tasso ham and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until it starts to brown. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

3

Add Crawfish and Peppers

Stir in the cooked crawfish tails and roasted red peppers. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

4

Make the Cream Sauce

Pour in the heavy cream and Frank's RedHot sauce. Stir well to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly.

Combine and Serve

5

Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet with the sauce. Toss gently to coat the pasta with the sauce and mixture of crawfish and ham.

6

Serve

Remove from heat and sprinkle with sliced green onions and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
