Once the dough has risen, punch it down and turn it onto a floured surface. Roll it out into a large circle, then transfer it to the prepared pan, pressing it into the sides.

Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.

Evenly distribute your chosen toppings over the cheese layer.
