Prepare the Steaks
Take the filet mignon steaks out of the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

Season the Steaks
Rub the steaks with olive oil, then season generously with salt, black pepper, and fresh rosemary on both sides.

Rest the Steaks
Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Boil the Potatoes
Once boiling, add the garlic cloves and cook the potatoes until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.

Drain and Mash
Drain the potatoes and garlic, then return them to the pot. Add butter, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper, and mash until smooth and creamy.
Asparagus

Prepare the Asparagus
Trim the tough ends off the asparagus spears and rinse them under cold water.

Season and Roast
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until tender and slightly crispy.
