Wash and Prepare Lettuce
Rinse the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Remove any wilted or damaged leaves. Spin dry in a salad spinner or pat dry with a clean kitchen towel. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Combine Salad Ingredients
In a large salad bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and shredded parmesan cheese. Toss gently to combine.
Dressing Preparation

Make the Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and well blended.

Add Cheese to Dressing
Fold in the grated parmesan cheese into the dressing mixture until evenly incorporated.
Assembly

Dress the Salad
Pour the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad mixture in the bowl. Toss gently until the lettuce, croutons, and parmesan are evenly coated with the dressing.

Serve the Caesar salad immediately, garnished with extra parmesan cheese if desired.
