Dip Preparation

Mix the Dip Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded roasted chicken, diced jalapeños, diced green chilies, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Blend Until Smooth
Using a spatula or an electric mixer, blend the ingredients together until they are well combined and smooth in texture.

Transfer to Baking Dish
Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Bake
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the dip in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it is bubbly and golden on top.
Pita Bread Preparation

Prepare Pita Bread
While the dip is baking, preheat a skillet over medium heat. Brush both sides of the pita bread pieces with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.

Toast Pita Bread
Place the pita bread in the skillet and toast for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden and crispy. Remove from heat and cut into triangles.

Serve
Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with the toasted pita bread triangles on the side.
