- 1
Prepare the Crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined.
- 2
Form the Crust
Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch tart pan. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
- 3
Prepare the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- 4
Fill the Tart
Once the crust has cooled, pour the peanut butter filling into the crust. Spread evenly with a spatula.
- 5
Chill the Tart
Refrigerate the tart for at least 2 hours or until set. For best results, chill overnight.
- 6
Serve
Once set, slice and serve the tart chilled. Optional: top with whipped cream or chocolate drizzle before serving.
