Sauté Garlic and Prawns
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add the tiger prawns and cook for 3–4 minutes until they turn pink.

Add Spinach and Sauce
Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and sauté until wilted. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, then season with salt and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.

Serve
Remove from heat and serve the Gamberi Florentine warm, garnished with additional lemon wedges if desired.
