Preparation of Mushrooms

Clean the Mushrooms
Gently clean the large mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Carefully remove the stems and set them aside.

Prepare the Baking Dish
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of butter and set it aside.

Make the Stuffing Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crabmeat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped green onions, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Stuff the Mushrooms
Take each mushroom cap and fill it generously with the stuffing mixture, pressing down slightly to ensure it is packed in.
Baking the Stuffed Mushrooms

Arrange Mushrooms in the Baking Dish
Place the stuffed mushrooms in the prepared baking dish, ensuring they are evenly spaced.

Add Butter and Wine
Melt the remaining butter and drizzle it over the stuffed mushrooms. Pour the white wine around the mushrooms in the baking dish.

Bake the Mushrooms
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the stuffing is golden brown.
Serving

Serve Hot
Remove the stuffed mushrooms from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve hot as an appetizer.
