Clean the Crab Claws
Rinse the fresh blue crab claws under cold running water to remove any debris. Pat them dry with paper towels and set aside.

Mix the Marinade
In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, chopped parsley, chopped dill, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well blended.

Marinate the Crab Claws
Place the cleaned crab claws into a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the crab claws, making sure they are fully coated. Cover the dish or seal the bag tightly.

Refrigerate the marinated crab claws for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld. For best results, marinate overnight.

Remove the crab claws from the marinade and arrange them on a serving platter. Optional: garnish with additional fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
