Preparing the Shrimp

Marinate the Shrimp
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the jumbo gulf shrimp, tossing to coat evenly. Allow the shrimp to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Grill the Shrimp
Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes beforehand). Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are opaque and cooked through. Remove from the grill and set aside.
Making the Chipotle Beurre Blanc

Add Wine and Reduce
Pour in the white wine and allow it to simmer until reduced by half, about 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Incorporate Chipotle and Butter
Once the wine is reduced, lower the heat and whisk in the minced chipotle in adobo sauce. Gradually add the remaining butter, a few cubes at a time, whisking continuously until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Finish the Sauce
Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt to taste. Remove from heat and keep warm until serving.
Serving

Plate the Dish
To serve, place the grilled shrimp on a plate and drizzle generously with the chipotle beurre blanc sauce. Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs or lemon wedges.
