Prep the Lettuce

Prepare the Iceberg Lettuce
Remove the outer leaves of the iceberg lettuce, then cut the head into quarters. Rinse under cold water and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Remove the outer leaves of the romaine lettuce, rinse it, and chop into bite-sized pieces. Combine both lettuces in a large salad bowl.
Make the Dressing

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Salad

Combine Salad and Dressing
Pour the dressing over the prepared lettuce in the salad bowl. Toss gently until the lettuce is evenly coated with the dressing.

Add Toppings
Sprinkle croutons and additional parmesan cheese over the top of the salad. Serve immediately.
