Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Shrimp

Rinse the jumbo gulf shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. If they are not already deveined, use a sharp knife to make a shallow cut along the back and remove the vein.

  2. 2

    Chop the Vegetables

Finely chop the green onions and parsley. Set aside for garnishing later.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Melt the Butter

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the unsalted butter and let it melt completely.

  2. 4

    Sauté Garlic

Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, making sure not to burn it.

  3. 5

    Add the Sauces and Spices

Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt. Mix well and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes.

  4. 6

    Cook the Shrimp

Add the prepared shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

  5. 7

    Garnish and Serve

Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the chopped green onions and parsley over the shrimp. Serve hot with crusty bread or over rice.
