Prepare the Salad
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.

Lay the slices of whole wheat bread on a clean surface. Spread mustard on one slice. Layer turkey breast, Swiss cheese, and lettuce on top. Place the other slice of bread on top to complete the sandwich.
