Make the Cheese Mixture
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Layer the Lasagna
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). In a casserole dish, spread a layer of meat sauce, followed by a layer of lasagna noodles, then cheese mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, finishing with mozzarella on top.

Cook Tortellini
Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Make the Sauce
In a saucepan, heat butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well until sauce thickens.

Combine
Add cooked tortellini to the sauce, stirring gently to coat. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Penne w/ Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

Cook Penne
Boil penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare Alfredo Sauce
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle boil. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Combine with Chicken
Add cooked penne and sliced chicken to the Alfredo sauce, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through.

Add Tomatoes and Seasoning
Stir in crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Let simmer for 30 minutes.

Let Rise
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat oven to 220°C (428°F). Roll out dough, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
House Side Salad

Prepare Salad
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.

Dress Salad
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine.
