Place the turkey breast in a large slow cooker.

Chop the onion and mince the garlic cloves. Add them on top of the turkey.

Pour the chicken broth over the turkey. Then, sprinkle the paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and chili powder evenly over the mixture.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the turkey is tender and easily pulls apart.
