Crust Preparation

Prepare the Crust
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.

Form the Crust
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
Filling Preparation

Beat the Cream Cheese
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add Sugar and Sour Cream
Gradually add granulated sugar and sour cream to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until well incorporated.

Incorporate Flavorings
Add vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.

Add Eggs
Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until just combined. Avoid overmixing.

Gently fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined.
Baking the Cheesecake

Pour Filling into Crust
Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust in the springform pan.

Bake in the preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.

Cool and Chill
Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool at room temperature for at least 1 hour. Then, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
