Prepare the rice
If you haven't already, cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.

Prepare the scallions
Wash the scallions thoroughly, then chop them finely, both the white and green parts, and set aside.

Combine ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, smoked eel (sliced into bite-sized pieces), house chile crisp, and barbecue sauce. Mix gently until the rice is evenly coated with the sauce and the eel is well distributed.

Sprinkle the furikake over the rice mixture and fold it in gently to incorporate the seasoning without breaking up the eel.
