Preparing the Hanger Steak

Sprinkle the hanger steak with salt and black pepper on both sides and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix together the sliced red cabbage, grated carrot, and sliced red bell pepper.

In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and red chili flakes until the sugar dissolves.

Making the Ginger Aioli

In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated ginger, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well until smooth.
Cooking the Brussels Sprouts

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
