Method
Bacon Wrap Preparation

Wrap the Hot Dogs
Take each hot dog and wrap it tightly with 3 slices of bacon. Ensure the bacon covers the entire hot dog.

Secure the Bacon
Use toothpicks if necessary to hold the bacon in place. Set aside the wrapped hot dogs.
Cooking the Bacon-Wrapped Hot Dogs

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Bake the Hot Dogs
Place the bacon-wrapped hot dogs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
Sriracha Preparation

Prepare Sriracha
Measure out 4 tablespoons of Sriracha sauce and set it aside for serving.
Aioli Preparation

Make the Aioli
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix well until smooth.
Slaw Preparation

Prepare the Vegetables
Finely shred 2 cups of green cabbage and grate 1 medium carrot.

Make the Slaw Dressing
In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of mayonnaise with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine Slaw Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and grated carrot with the dressing. Toss well to coat.
Assembly

Assemble the Hudson Dog
Once the bacon-wrapped hot dogs are ready, place each one in a bun. Top with the prepared aioli, a drizzle of sriracha, and a generous helping of slaw.
