Method

Prepare the Shrimp

  1. 1

    Marinate the Shrimp

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the Mexican blue prawns and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Shrimp

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated prawns for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.

Make the Green Garlic Sauce

  1. 3

    Blend Ingredients

In a blender, combine fresh garlic, mayonnaise, lime juice, and fresh cilantro. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Prepare the Sweet Peanut Slaw

  1. 4

    Mix Slaw Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrots, peanut butter, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss until well mixed.

Cook the Fidellini Noodles

  1. 5

    Boil Noodles

In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add fidellini noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Assemble the Wraps

  1. 6

    Build the Wraps

On each butter lettuce leaf, place a portion of grilled shrimp, a spoonful of sweet peanut slaw, and a few fidellini noodles. Drizzle with green garlic sauce and serve with lime wedges on the side.
