1. Prepare the Grains

For the quinoa, rinse it under cold water, then combine with 2 cups of water in a separate saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes until fluffy. Let it cool.
2. Prepare the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine, cooked hibiscus farro, cooked quinoa, black beans, and shaved Brussels sprouts.
3. Dress the Salad
Drizzle the chipotle feta-ranch dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if desired.
4. Serve
