1. Prepare the Grains

In a medium saucepan, combine the hibiscus farro with 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes or until tender. Drain and allow to cool. For the quinoa, rinse it under cold water, then combine with 2 cups of water in a separate saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes until fluffy. Let it cool.

2. Prepare the Salad

In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine, cooked hibiscus farro, cooked quinoa, black beans, and shaved Brussels sprouts.

3. Dress the Salad

Drizzle the chipotle feta-ranch dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if desired.

4. Serve

Top the salad with toasted sunflower seeds before serving. Enjoy your Salad Suprema!
