Prepare the Corn Esquites
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the corn kernels and cook until they are slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute. Remove from heat and set aside.

Make the Lobster Filling
In a small saucepan, melt the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter over low heat. Add the lobster meat and morita chili powder, gently stirring until the lobster is warmed through and coated in the garlic butter, about 3-5 minutes.

Assemble the Lobster Rolls
Fill each grilled brioche bun with a generous portion of the warmed lobster mixture, followed by a spoonful of the corn esquites. Garnish with fresh cilantro.

Serve the lobster rolls with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
