In a slow cooker, combine the pork shoulder, orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the pork is evenly coated.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.

Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks. Discard any excess fat.
