Prepare Jalapeño Tartar Sauce
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill pickles, chopped jalapeño, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until serving.

Make Red Chili Relish
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine red chili flakes, olive oil, minced garlic, and salt. Stir gently and cook for about 5 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare Fish
In a shallow dish, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Dredge each red snapper fillet in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well coated.

Fry the Fish
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the coated fish fillets. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

On a plate, layer shredded lettuce, place crispy fish on top, and drizzle with jalapeño tartar sauce and red chili relish. Enjoy!
