Preparation Steps

1

Prepare the Sausage Balls

In a bowl, combine ground pork sausage, Bisquick, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined. Roll into small balls and place on a baking sheet.

2

Cook the Sausage Balls

Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

3

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood smoked bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

4

Prepare the Grits

In a saucepan, bring 1.5 cups of water to a boil. Stir in the grits and reduce heat to low. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.

5

Cook the Eggs

In the same skillet used for bacon, crack the eggs and fry or scramble according to preference. Season with salt and pepper.

6

Prepare the Herb Roasted Potatoes

Dice the potatoes and toss them with olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.

7

Plate the Dish

Arrange the eggs, bacon, sausage balls, cheese grits, and roasted potatoes on a plate. Serve with fresh fruit and your choice of biscuit, English muffin, or toast.
