Prepare the Rancheros Sauce
In a saucepan, heat the rancheros sauce over medium heat until warmed through. Set aside.

Cook the Eggs
In a non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.). Season with salt and black pepper.

Warm the Tortilla
In a separate skillet, warm the flour tortilla over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Assemble the Dish
Place the warm tortilla on a plate. Top with cooked eggs, then generously spoon the rancheros sauce over the eggs. Add a dollop of sour cream on top.

Serve with Sides
Serve the huevos rancheros with a side of charro pinto beans and herb roasted potatoes.
