Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Chops

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the bone-in pork chops generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika on both sides.

  2. 2

    Sear the Pork Chops

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork chops and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Bake the Pork Chops

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Remove from oven and let rest.

  4. 4

    Make the Country Cream Gravy

In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned. Gradually whisk in milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the pork chops topped with crispy onion rings and drizzle with country cream gravy. Enjoy!
