Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the bone-in pork chops generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika on both sides.

Sear the Pork Chops
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork chops and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Bake the Pork Chops
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Remove from oven and let rest.
