Begin by cutting the chicken breast into thin strips. Slice the red onions into rings and chop the tomatoes into wedges. Mince the garlic cloves and chop the cilantro finely.

Add the tomato wedges, soy sauce, and vinegar to the skillet. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.
