Preparation Steps
- 1
Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the pisco, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and the egg white.

Shake with Ice
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
- 4
Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass using a fine mesh strainer to catch any ice shards.
- 5
Garnish
Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top of the frothy layer for garnish.
- 6
Serve
Serve immediately and enjoy your Pisco Sour!
