Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Gnocchi
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potato gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until they float to the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Cheese Sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- 3
Combine Cheeses
Reduce the heat to low and add the ricotta, gorgonzola, parmesan, and mozzarella. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 4
Mix Gnocchi with Sauce
Add the cooked gnocchi to the cheese sauce, gently stirring to coat the gnocchi evenly with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- 5
Serve
Transfer the gnocchi to a serving dish, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
